Think Outside the Box
Lecture topics include:
1) Letter to a Christian Nation: Counter Point - based on Dr. Metcalf's current book - learn how to respond intelligently to individuals who are persuaded by the arguments of Sam Harris & Richard Dawkins. (1.5 hrs.)
2) Colliding with Christ: The Science of the Resurrection - based on Dr. Metcalf's upcoming book - understand at a lay level how cutting edge research in quantum physics and cosmology can be interpreted to support the truth of the physical, bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ. (2 hrs.)
Both topics include full PowerPoint multimedia presentations with Q&A time.
Debate topics include:
1) Did Jesus Christ physically rise from the dead?
2) Does God exist?
